Mild to medium kick, this bottle is yer best friend. We tried thousands of versions of hot sauce made hundreds of gallons before we figured this recipe out. Made with fresh Cayenne peppers, red wine vinegar cos your worth it, and a bunch of other fresh ingredients to make a hot sauce that can go on breakfast eggs or late-night tacos. We use no fake fillers or bulking agents, non-GMO, Gluten-free, vegan-friendly pure goodness, hot enough to make your lips tingle, but won’t ruin your day.
Smoked Morita Chillis
(99.5% tomato salt, acid, citric acid)
Some say chee po tlay, or chip ot lay, don’t matter. It's hot and smokey and definitely the pit boss when it comes to adding that kick to BBQ meats or veggies or pretty much anything that can do with some smokey flavour added, which is just about everything we can think of. Made with smoked Morita Chillis cos yer worth it, and a rich Mexican Adobo sauce this is as much natural smoke flavour as we could squeeze into a bottle. From cheese on a cracker to a rib eye on the grill, this is pure smokey hot sauce.
Not one to shy away from a challenge I always felt the gang was gonna be four, and the thoughts of making a smokey raspberry to complement certain dishes really appealed to me, so here it is the little hobo hot sauce with the sweet kick that sits on your tongue with the smokey goodness of real chipotles. And according to Noah, our fav tester goes great in a spag boll, so there’s that. Like all our sauces this is a great marinade for anything going into the oven or on a pan, as a dipping sauce, or as a mix with mayo or soy or whatever is in the press, especially good with dark meats and pork, burgers and salads.
Straight up yellow cayenne Chillis, fresh mango and pineapple make up this kickin hot sauce. Deceptively pretty it packs a good punch and is amazing on fish, chicken, veggies, tacos, etc.
