Not one to shy away from a challenge I always felt the gang was gonna be four, and the thoughts of making a smokey raspberry to complement certain dishes really appealed to me, so here it is the little hobo hot sauce with the sweet kick that sits on your tongue with the smokey goodness of real chipotles. And according to Noah our fav tester goes great in a spag boll, so there’s that. Like all our sauces this is a great marinade for anything going into the oven or on a pan, as a dipping sauce, or as a mix with mayo or soy or whatever is in the press, especially good with dark meats and pork, burgers and salads.
